Who we are

This dashboard is a companion to the EnP Toolpak iOS app. It lets alliance members pool the war statistics they export from the app into a shared, read-only dashboard. If you have any question about this notice or your data, contact us at dorkusdumbledore@gmail.com.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use cookies for advertising, analytics, or tracking — in fact we set no cookies at all. There are no third-party ad networks, no Google Analytics, no social media pixels, and no cross-site tracking of any kind.

The only thing we store in your browser is a single functional entry (via localStorage) that remembers the player name you type into the upload form, purely so you don't have to re-type it next time. It stays on your device, is never transmitted for tracking, and you can clear it any time through your browser settings.

What data we hold

When a member uploads a profile backup, we keep a trimmed copy of the parts needed to build the dashboard:

• Alliance and war records — scores, results, war types, and per-attack point totals.
• Player in-game display names and roster identifiers of alliance members.
• Hero defense line-ups used in wars (hero name, colour, speed, class, family).
• The uploader's chosen player name and the time of upload.

We deliberately discard everything else the app backup may contain (screenshots, chat, titan data, hero rosters, and so on). We do not collect real names, email addresses, precise location, payment details, or any special-category personal data.

Why we hold it, and our legal basis

We use this data solely to calculate and display alliance war statistics — the purpose members upload it for. Under the GDPR our legal basis is legitimate interest (running a voluntary, community stats tool that members choose to contribute to). The data is limited to in-game gameplay information and is never used for marketing.

Who can see it

This dashboard currently has no login, so anyone with the link can view the merged statistics and can, in principle, upload or remove data. Share the link only within your gaming community. We do not share the underlying data with any third party.

How long we keep it — and removing your data

Uploaded data stays until it is removed. Any submission can be deleted directly from the dashboard using the “remove” button next to a contributor in the upload panel, which erases that person's stored data. If you'd like data about you taken down and can't do it yourself, email us at dorkusdumbledore@gmail.com and we'll remove it promptly.

Your rights

Because we hold personal data (in-game names and gameplay stats), you have the right to:

• ask what data we hold about you (access);
• have inaccurate data corrected (rectification);
• have your data erased (erasure / “right to be forgotten”);
• object to our processing of it.

Changes to this notice

If we change how the site handles data — for example, if advertising is ever introduced — we will update this page and its date first. Any ad partner we might use in future would be a privacy-respecting, non-tracking one, and we would update this notice before it goes live.
